Commemorate Mansoor Hekmat

Worker-communist Party of Iran and Iraq

In commemoration of Mansoor Hekmat’s 53rd birthday, the Worker-communist Parties of Iran and Iraq are holding a number of ceremonies and speeches during 5-12 June in London and several other countries. The ceremony in London will be held on 5 June. The Marx-Hekmat Society will hold its event on 6 June. Programmes in other countries will be announced accordingly.

Azar Majedi is holding a ceremony in memory of Mansoor Hekmat on 10 July. The Worker-communist Party of Iran (WPI) does not have a separate programme on this day and calls on all to participate.

The programmes are open to the public.

The WPI also calls on Mansoor Hekmat’s supporters to commemorate him in various cities across Iran in any way possible.

A Commemorative ceremony for Mansoor Hekmat will begin at 2:00pm at Highgate Cemetery on Saturday 10 July in London and move into a nearby hall. The programme will be announced shortly. All are invited to participate in the ceremony so that we can commemorate this beloved human being.
