Urgent Action Appeal

I’m  writing to whom it may concern, about Nazila Mohammad Hasani Zamani and Farideh Asadi. These two are iranien refurgee who seks asylum in Turkey. On the 22nd of december detanied by turkish police and are due to be deported back to Iran.

This two can not be sended back to Iran, there waits persecution based on their political opinion and activities against the Iranian regim. They are well known political activist and members of the IFIR- Turkey. They have done a lot of activites against the iranian goverment, some of them are canference and meetings in defense womens rights situation in Iran, and meetings against the Islamic goverment in Iran and their voices have been headr all over Turkey. The have even hade aome Radio interviews about strikes and against the iranian goverment.

The Islamic Regim Of Iran does not tolerate these opinions and is against democracy and verey thing it stands for. If Nazila and Farideh should be sent back to Iran their lifes would be in danger.

To the Turkish goverment:

-         we are calling for immediate realse of Nazila and Farideh

-         we are calling on them to intervene to secure the release of Nazila and Farideh and to uphold their duty to protect those whom they have granted refugee status.

And we are also calling to UNHCR in Turkey that both Nazila and Farideh both must be recognized as refugee by the UNCHR in Turkey.

Seeking an explanation as to why this has happend despite their refugee status.

Seeking assurances that they will be given immediate and unconditional refugee status and grant them protection.

Me and my organastion are expressin our strongest concern for both Nazila and Farideh. If they will be send back to Iran there will not be any limits of what the iranian goverment would do to them. Both Nazila and Farideh are against the situation and inhumanity that every female goes through in Iran. To send them back would be inhumain and dangerus. So we hope that the turkish goverment and the UNCHR will change their decision about both Nazila And Farideh.
