The International Federation of Iranian Refugees (IFIR)
turkey branch are writing to express its strong concern over the imminent
deportation of Mrs, Nazila
mohamad hasani zamani & Mrs, Farideh asadi
IFIR urges the UNHCR to immediately
intervene to stop the deportation and urges the UNHCR to reopen of Mrs, Nazila mohamad hasani zamani & Mrs,Farideh asadi 's closed case file, grant them refugee recognition,
and expedite them resettlement to a safe third country.
Since
the Iranian government continues to be a major abuser of civil rights and
systematically persecutes political opponents, religious minorities, women,
gays, ethnic groups, labour, student, youth, women's and civil rights
activists, and others, and since Mrs,
Nazila mohamad hasani zamani & Mrs, Farideh asadi has a
well-founded fear of persecution, IFIR is deeply concerned that Mrs, Nazila mohamad hasani zamani & Mrs, Farideh asadi
will face persecution and a threat to them life and safety if refolded to Iran.
IFIR
looks forward to the UNHCR' s immediate response.
Needless
to say, the IFIR holds Turkish Government accountable for Mrs, Nazila mohamad hasani zamani & Mrs, Farideh asadi
's life.
