کارگران دستگير شده در اول مه سنندج و محمود صالحي بايد فورا از زندان آزاد شوند

به اطلاع ميرسانيم که روز اول مه، روز جهاني کارگر نزديک به 300 نفر از کارگران در سنندج با تجمع در مقابل اداره کار اين شهر اول مه روز همبستگي بين المللي کارگري را گراميداشتند. اما متاسفانه اين تجمع با حمله و سرکوب نيروهاي اسلامي روبرو شد و در جريان اين حمله تعدادي از کارگران مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفتند و تعدادي دستگير شدند. در مراسم اول مه بيس از بيست نفر از کارگران دستيگير شدند که تعدادي از آنان آزاد شدند. سپس بدنبال اول مه در روز چهارشنبه 2 مه (12 ارديبهشت١٣۸۶) نيروهاي رژيم اسلامي طيب چتاني يکي از فعالين شناخته شده کارگران در شهر سنندج را در خانه خود بازداشت کردند و نيز شيث اماني دبير اتحاديه سراسري کارگران اخراجي و بيکار و از فعالين کارگري در شهر سنندج را در حالي که با خواهر صديق کريمي براي تحويل شکايت نامه به دادگستري سنندج مراجعه کرده بودند، دستگير و روانه بازداشتگاه نا معلومي در سنندج کردند. روز بعد از آن يعني صبح پنجشنبه 3 مه (13 ارديبهشت١٣۸۶) خالد سواري در نزديک پاساژ نور در شهر سنندج دستگير شد.

بدين ترتيب هم اکنون 13 نفر از فعالين کارگري در شهر سنندج به جرم شرکت در مراسم اول مه در زندان بسر ميبرند. اسامي اين کارگران عبارتند از:

١- شيث اماني رئيس هيئت مديره اتحاديه کارگران اخراجي و بيکار ايران ٢- صديق کريمي عضو هيئت مديره اتحاديه کارگران اخراجي و بيکار ايران ٣- خالد سواري نايب رئيس اتحاديه سراسري کارگران اخراجي و بيکار ايران ٤- اقبال لطيفي٥– يدالله مرادي ٦– نجمه الدين رجبي ٧– فاروق گويلي ٨- انور مفاخري ٩- صديق امجدي ١٠- حبيب الله کلکاني ١١- محي الدين رجبي ١٢- صديق صبحاني، ١٣- طيب چتاني از اعضاي اتحاديه کارگران اخراجي و بيکار ايران

اين در حاليست که محمود صالحي از فعالين کارگري در شهر سقز همچنان در زندان است. جمهوري اسلامي همچنين در شهر کرمانشاه نيز مراسم اول مه کارگران را مورد حمله قرار داد و تلاش داشت دو تن از رهبران کارگري در اين شهر جوانمير مرادي و فرامرز قرباني را دستگير کند که با اعتراض کارگران و مردم مواجه شد.

کميته همبستگي بين المللي کارگري حزب کمونيست کارگري ايران ضرب و شتم و دستگيري کارگران در اول مه سنندج و کرمانشاه را شديدا محکوم ميکند. و براي آزادي فوري و بدون قيد و شرط کارگران دستگير شده تلاش دارد.

کميته همبستگي بين المللي کارگري از همه اتحاديه و تشکلهاي کارگري در سراسري جهان انتظار دارد که از کمپين اعتراضي ما براي اين دستگيري و مبارزه براي آزادي فوري کارگران بازداشت شده حمايت کنند.

برگزاري اول مه يک حق پايه اي کارگران است. با نوشتن نامه هاي اعتراضي و با اقدام اضطراري خود به جمهوري اسلامي فشار بياوريد تا کارگران دستگير شده در ايران فورا و بدون قيد و شرط از زندان آزاد شوند.

May 1^st detainees and Mahmood Salehi must be released

As you are aware, on May 1^st this year workers in Iran held many protest meetings and demonstrations in a number of cities to mark International Workers’ Day.

Unfortunately one of these gatherings in the city of Sanandaj which had 300 workers protesting in front of the Office of Labour Ministry was attacked by the security forces of the Islamic regime and the participants were subject to severe physical assault and beatings. Around 20 of the protesters were arrested. Later, on the same day, some were released with no explanation of charges. The following day on Wednesday 2 May, the Islamic regime’s police and security forces raided the home of and arrested Tabib Chatani, a well known and respected labour activist. On the same day, Mr. Amani and Mrs Karimi who were attempting to submit a complaint to the public prosecutor’s office regarding the treatment of the demonstrators were arrested there and then. The following day another labour activist and organiser, Mr. Khaled Savari was arrested in the Sanandaj city centre. In the city of Kermanshah, the security forces attempted to arrest Javanmeer Moradi and Faramarz Ghorbani, two labour activists, but the protesters prevented their arrest and helped them escape.

This brings the number of arrested labour activists and organisers for celebrating May 1^st to 13. The following is the list of those arrested in the last few days and who remain in prison:

8. Anwar Mafakheri
9. Sadeegh Amjadi
10. Habeebolah Kalkani
11. Maheealdeen Rajabi
12. Sadeeg  Sobhani
13. Tabeeb Chatani

These arrests are taking place while Mahmood Salehi, a labour activist from the city of Saqez is still in prison. The International Labour Solidarity of the Worker-communist Party of Iran strongly condemns these assaults and detention on the labour activists and campaigns for the release of the imprisoned workers.

We call on all labour organisations and trade unions all over the world to back our campaign and demands and write to the Islamic regime to immediately release the imprisoned workers.

Celebration of May 1^st is the workers’ basic right.
