به همه سازمانهاى مدافع حقوق بشر
جمهوری اسلامی ایران به جنایت دیگری دست زد و ١٧٠ خانه مردم
زحمتکش را در محله فیض آباد شهر سنندج، در نیمه شب با خاک یکسان کرد.
یک اقدام اضطراری ضروری است
۹ روز قبل، يکشنبه ٢۵ دسامبر ساعت ١١ شب نيروهاى انتظامى و گارد
ويژه جمهورى اسلامى به محله فيض آباد در شهر سنندج يورش بردند و حدود ١٧٠ واحد
مسکونى را ويران کردند۔ نيروهاى جمهورى اسلامى اهالى اين خانه ها از پير و جوان و
کودکان خردسال را، در نميه شب زمستان بيرون کشيدند و بدون اينکه به آنها اجازه دهند
وسائل شان را بيرون بياورند، خانه ها را با خاک يکسان کردند. در اين اقدام
جنايتکارانه يک زن و تعدادى کودک زخمى و روانه بيمارستان شدند.
از روز سه شنبه ٢٧ دسامبر اعتراضات مردم اين محل عليه تخريب خانه
هايشان با تجمع در مقابل استاندارى کردستان در سنندج شروع شد و در این مدت هرروز به
تجمع اعتراضی در مقابل ادارات مختلف ادامه دادند. مردم فيض آباد خواهان اسکان سريع
و پرداخت خسارت کامل هستند.
علیرغم ممانعت نیروهای سرکوب حکومت از تجمع و حمایت مردم سنندج از
آنها، در تظاهرات روز ٣١ دسامبر بیش از ١٠٠٠ نفر شرکت کردند. اعتراضات گسترده و همه
روزه مقامات جمهورى اسلامى را به تناقض گوئى و وعده و وعيد کشانده است. آنها
تقصیر را به گردن یکدیگر می اندازند. روز يکشنبه ١ ژانويه، پيمان سنندجى شهردار
شهر سنندج در ميان تجمع اعتراضی مردم حاضر شد و به مردم اعلام کرد که او هم نمى
داند که به دستور چه کسى خانه هاى مردم تخريب شده است.
جمهورى اسلامى طى ٢٧ سال حکومت کارنامه سياهى از جنايت دارد. نه
تنها تعهدی در قبال مسائل رفاهی و آزادیهای مردم ندارد بلکه از ساده ترین حقی مردم
را محروم کرده و اکثریت عظیم جامعه را به فقر و تباهی کشانده است. جمهوری اسلامی
باید در مجامع بین المللی و توسط همه سازمانهای مدافع حقوق انسان و سازمانهای
کارگری محکوم شود و برای پرداخت خسارت و اسکان مردم فیض آباد تحت فشار جهانی قرار
گیرد.

Iranian regime demolishes houses of
residents in night raids
People of Faizabad district in Sanandaj
need your support!
At 11:00 pm on Sunday 25 December the Islamic Republic’s
security forces and Special Guards attacked the Faizabad residential district in
Sanandaj, in the Kurdistan region of Iran, demolishing 150 houses. Old and
young, without even being allowed to take their belongings with them, were
dragged out of their homes into the cold winter’s night, and their houses razed
to the ground. As daylight broke, the officials continued to destroy 20 more
houses, before leaving the area in haste, fearing a fight-back. One woman and
several children were injured and taken to hospital.
Since 27 December the residents of Faizabad district have
been battling the authorities by gathering almost daily in front of Government
offices in Sanandaj. On New Year’s Eve over 1,000 people took part in a
demonstration, despite being encircled by the security forces, who were trying
to stop other people from joining in. The protests have been widely and warmly
supported by the people of Sanandaj. Meanwhile, officials of the regime have
started to put the blame on each other. On 1 January the Mayor of Sanandaj
appeared before a crowd of residents, claiming he had no idea who had ordered
the demolitions! The people of Faizabad are demanding immediate re-housing and
payment of damages.
The Islamic Republic regime has a violent record of
atrocities against people in the 27 years of its rule. It has no commitment
towards people’s lives or welfare; it recognises no rights for people. On the
contrary, it unleashes its destructive forces upon them when they try to build
shelters for themselves.
The people of Faizabad need your support. I urge you to
condemn the Islamic Republic regime for its destruction of people’s homes and to
demand Faizabad residents’ speedy re-housing and payment of damages to them.
